Which made looking for properties in different locations so much easier with the peace of mind that Ray would be able to help me navigate those different states . Working with Ray was hands down the best part of purchasing our new home. I never thought I would say that about a mortgage broker, but Ray is amazing. He answers the phone every time I call which is rare nowadays. He gives honest advice about more than just our loan process. He was always quick to respond to emails with questions or concerns. I’ve never worked with anyone else who I felt genuinely cared about us as much as Ray did. He made the loan portion of the buying process feel easy. I felt like I could trust Ray from the first conversation I had with him months before we found a home to purchase, and he never let me down. You won’t find another mortgage broker as dedicated, knowledgeable, hard working, or trustworthy as Ray.

Cross Country Mortgage will be the only lender that I will ever use and recommend. Ray and his team did all of the leg work to make the transaction seem seamless on my end. With his in depth knowledge of lending programs he found me the lowest rate and best program to fit my needs. The sellers had an unrealistic closing time frame that we ended up being able to meet because of Ray. He picked a title co. that could meet the closing deadline, and he even drove the loan docs to the Courthouse to assure they recorded on time! What Loan Officer does that? I can not say enough good things about Ray and his team. If you want a Loan Officer that has many years experience in mortgage financing and is well connected in the local Real Estate/financing community then Cross Country is your lending company!

Ray is easy to work with. He communicates clearly and provides clear updates and options. We felt very comfortable choosing him as our lender and with the options he presented us with. Ray took the extra time to answer all of our questions with thoughtful and detailed responses. The secure system his company uses in conjunction with DocuSign made our experience fairly streamlined. We are so happy that our loan processing moved so quickly. From what we have heard we closed sooner than other loans of our type. Ray frequently offered to meet us at the office if we had questions or needed anything. As with any home loan the waiting is the hardest part, but Ray and his team helped us every step of the way. We would certainly use Ray in the future if the need arises.
