Bad customer service and follow-up! I started an application with them, and they never followed through with me, just left me hanging with no response. Apparently, if you don't have a bunch of money, you aren't worth their time. If you don't have any potential for them to make a sale or approve you for a loan, then don't bother. They will just continue to ignore you, and not email you back or answer any questions. I think it's sad that customer treatment and quality of service are based on how much money they have in the bank.

This is my second time working with Doug at Team Moore and three times for my business partner. I would double the starts if I could. Doug and his energetic team including Ryan and Rory are always ready to get you there to the property ownership with absolutely no frustration. They are on top of everything from proactively getting you ready for what’s coming ahead and updating you every step of the way to immediately answering every little newbie question that you might have. They are the epitome of professionalism and friendliness. Working with Doug is very clear, straightforward, and extremely educational. I have more confidence in real estate buying process than any other times with different lenders. I cannot thank Doug and his team enough for another smooth experience. I highly recommend Erin Pryor at Caliber Home Loans. Erin went out of her way to secure our VA loan FAST after Veterans United (VU) dropped us due to their own incompetence. My husband and I both had credit scores in the 800s and plenty of steady income. Despite VU pre-approving us more than 8 weeks prior to us putting in an offer on the house we eventually bought, at the last minute they kept finding "issues" with documents we'd submitted months prior. Our real estate agent recommended Erin at Caliber. Erin was able to get our loan 100% approved in four days and then close our loan less than three weeks later. She and her underwriter took the time to really look at my my and my husband's and situation and see that we were safe lending to. I really appreciated the time and effort she put in to help us secure our VA loan. You will not regret using Erin at Caliber as your lending agent.
