There truly aren't enough words to describe our phenomenal experience with Jeff. What started as a call just to find out what our options are, turned into a multiple year journey together. Through the pandemic, Jeff continually checked in with us, answered every tiny question and never made us feel like it was a ridiculous one, worked all hours of every day and night to help us, and ultimately introduced us to our great realtor as well. I often asked friends even if it was normal for your loan officer to be this amazing and nobody I talked to had even close to the same experience as we got to have with Jeff. When we finally got to the finish line and were given the keys, Jeff surprised us at the house and it was the perfect ending to an already perfect experience. It being our first home, also in a state with no family, Jeff made us feel like it was home and feel like we even had family here. In addition to that, Erin on the team, was the absolute best to work with. I could probably write a novel here but I'll leave it with this; my husband and I couldn't recommend Jeff and his team more!
