Ideally it should have been good but some where in the middle it started to get annoying. This lady Ket was helping me, we had gone over a few things and bc I'm a server my net income is small. I obviously make all my money in tips. She seemed confused and borderline rude about how I survived off that small of an income... She was finalizing the papers and I had to put some of the money towards an account on my credit report... Which I planned on doing. I didn't understand clearly a few things and she retorted " we went over that already, I thought you understood. " In no way did she make me feel comfortable or wanted in there. She also had some judgement thoughts on my loan amount. It's not her businesses to worry about me. I would HIGHLY recommend going some place else.

Was a good transaction. Except the spelling of last name caused me some frustration logging-in to my account.

The last two loans I've gotten from you has been fine except for the fact that you keep forgetting to release the titles. Took me a year to get the title for my truck after the account was paid off and now it'll be four months before I get a title for my ATV , Because somebody didn't release the title after I paid my loan off to the DMV

Me and my wife together have a title loan with this guys and I myself only has a seperate personal loan with them. Two separate account. So my wife paid off the title loan but these guys is still not sending us that title. Holding on to the title. I wouldn't recommend anyone to get loan from this guys. All rip off anyways but worse here. I'll put the car out there if they think we still owed them then they should come and reposes it.

This is the first time I've ever requested a loan, and for me at least, it really worked out. Consolidated two bills, I now own my car and I lowered my monthly payments from $330 mo. to $204 mo. OneMain Financial and it's employees made it very easy to understand and complete the process.
