Kim F. has been helping my husband and I with getting a loan (first time home buyers) I can email her anytime I have a question and she responds very quick with lots of detail in her answer. I highly recommend Kim! P.S. All the other ladies in the Burlington branch have been super kind to us as well. All around great people, great service!

I have tried to make phone appointments two different times with this branch and neither times have I received a call. Why have the option to set up the phone appointment if they don’t call on the time set up or at all? Do not plan to ever bank this company. Very unsatisfied and disappointed.

Worst bank I have ever used. Their online banking is never working. I always have to call or go inside the branch to get anything done. If you are on the go and have no time to be driving to the bank do not use them.

They've been great to work with over the years.
