Bank of the Pacific, Cathlamet, WA

Had an incredibly positive experience setting up an account at this bank. All of the employees there were friendly and pleasant. Marissa took care of our needs quickly and professionally and left us happy that we chose Bank of the Pacific.

I've been having amazing experiences here, the people were nice and was able to get all my issues solved and answer a lot of my questions.

Worst Bank ever!! The Mngr of this branch is rude, worst customer service skills from her. She discriminates against small businesses, and their employees. Definitely not doing business with them after that conversation. The Tellers, however, have great c/s skills and are very nice!

Worst bank ever. Closes before hours posted. The Tellers are snide. They are not professional at all. Easy to take advantage of the small community. Shame on you. Taking my business elsewhere. P.S. it had nothing to do with Covid closures. Wow, shame on you again.

Worst bank ever, and to add to it the people are rude and slow! Never before have I heard a manager get mad and yell. It got the one star simply because you have to give at least one.
