This place has the audacity to change their business hours without calling or informing customers whom have taken out a loan with them and then charge a late fee since they were closed on the day my loan was due. He said I should have seen the sign outside. Gimme a break. What makes you think people even drive past your business or would see your sign while driving?? Charge me a late fee when I came in on time and you guys were closed. So shady. Guy said it is what it is. Well I guess it is. Now you lost a long time customer and will lose others when they see how you operate with zero integrity. Shame on you Northwest!!

Got a loan for my tv for 2 weeks great 55 inch tv and paid 180.00 to get it out and got home after handling with care it was broken. Called and tried to figure it out and the guys were both rude. After about 10 minutes of talking they just kept saying there is nothing they can do. Wouldn’t even split the difference with me. DO NOT MAKE DEALS HERE!!

For the first time in my life I had no choice but to take a loan out on a couple pieces of jewelry to pay my bills, and I took them here. Really nice people, they take great care of your items, and they make the process simple and easy to understand. I will add that they also don't look down on you for doing this, they don't just assume you're a drug addict or whatnot, they are very kind. I really appreciate this place.

Worst pawn shop I've ever been to. I pawned something in my name and they switched it to my husband's name without my permission and now I can't pick it up, he has to!!! Not ok. They never should have taken it out of my name to begin with!!!
