My favorite branch of a wonderful credit union. Been banking with them for over seven years and never once have I had a bad experience. Even though I'm only in there once or twice a month, all the employees know me by name and they couldn't be nicer. Highly recommended!

There us a current mechanical issue with the walk up atm. When I deposited my cash, it refused to count it or deposit it. I went in to speak to a teller. Daniel and Marty were extremely helpful and took care of everything. Amazing customer service! Thank you!

Deposited a 2000 loan check from Us Bank on 9/10. They put hold on check until 9/20. They said ATM randomly puts checks on hold. Try calling and they tell me go to branch try get funds cleared cleared. Get 1000 cleared with no real reason told to hold check and tell me I should come in bank to deposit checks if I really need money. Defeats the cause of switching from Bank of America because twins star has more ATMs in Centralia area. Now I lost half day of work going into bank and have to do out of town trip without servicing car and 1000 less.

I've banked with TSCU most of my adult life with no issues. I don't use the phone because it's a nuisance when I call but I live close by.
