Umpqua Bank, Chehalis, WA

This is the BEST UMPQUA EVER!!! All the employees are nice and helpful. Always can answer my questions and never hesitate to help!! I've started with this bank when I had nothing and they stuck with me until I got my stuff together and are still with me today!! Thank you to all the Umpqua staff in Chehalis. My company and my family will ALWAYS be a part of the Umpqua family

I have dealt with many banks, both locally and nationally. This Umpquah branch is by far the slowest and has the worst customer service of any that I've been to. Update....I'm here again to do a simple cash deposit. Have been in the drive thru for 32 minutes, watching ONE girl run around like a chicken with her head cut off. We are switching banks. I hope that girl switches jobs too!

This is a great bank. Big town bank with a small town feeling.. Most of the staff knows your name.

I love this branch. They are so friendly and setting up a business account was a breeze.
