I have opened two accounts at this location and I am so glad I did! One employee in particular is changing the game as a banker. Alvaro goes above and beyond for WAFD customers, always smiling, cheerful and eager to help. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences whenever he is there. Not to mention he's quick to give creative solutions and suggestions whenever I have a question or an issue with either of my accounts. Thank you for providing world class service as it's not always the case depending on where you bank. Highly recommend for personal accounts and small businesses!

I needed some help validating a payment I made for a Citi Bank credit card (they cash my payment check but failed to credit our account) and Alvaro Arteaga went above and beyond getting the cancel check pictures and the bank’s transaction tracking info to help me pursue our claim with Citi Bank credit card department. Alvaro did a lot of research and phone calls to get all the right information for me and then emailed it all to me I. A form I could use on my Citibank claim. Wonderful service! Best for banking/loans, especially new construction/new build. When we decided to build, we called around and WA Fed was the only place we found that did New Construction lending locally. Melissa and April worked really hard to help get us lending for our new construction/build. They worked with us to find creative ways to get lowest down, and as always Wa Fed has best rates, and we we're really glad we went through them/WA Fed for our loan. Staff at desk always friendly too! Couldn't have asked for better experience!
