Warning: If you have a Power of Attorney for a family member, this credit union WILL NOT RECOGNIZE your POA unless you walk into their facility. You cannot speak on behalf of the family member over the phone regarding anything, period. Just know that your frustration level, as a POA, will be at an all-time high when dealing with this credit union, in fact, you won't be able to do any business, period. Don't waste your time, go find another credit union.

Sick of waiting 8 minutes on hold just to ask a question. Then the robo answering machine hangs up on you before you talk to anyone. If I could have answered my own question online, I would have gone that route. I don't need to hear about it 15 times while on hold.

where do I start,first they gave me the wrong account/routing #,second they used the wrong middle names and now its been 20 days and counting waiting on my debit/credit cards and might I add I live an hour away from the bank so if I need a gallon of milk I have to drive to the bank first to get my money out! understaffed and closed on the weekends!

Friendly and fast service, they have always treated me well and were quick to help with any issues. I've been banking with them for over 10 years.

Called to ask about how to get preapproval for a car loan. Christine had it all done and sent in less than 10 minutes, I had no idea it could be that easy! Great job Christine, thank you!!

I would like to thank Christine at the Colville branch for her assistance with the pre-approval of my boat loan. She made the process extremely easy and I was out of her office in about 15 minutes.
