Convenient and effortless. We needed a loan to help out staying on top of payments especially during COVID. It was our first and we were scared, especially with all the warnings about loans. But the team from the Covington branch in WA really help alleviate anxieties. Never pushing and down your throat, if you ask they will give with patience and kindness. We are also old school and love to do in person interactions - but Mike and Charles especially make doing things over the phone quick, easy & to the point. Thank you all!
