Pioneer Services Military Loans - JBLM, DuPont, WA

I had a loan from them and it approved at a time I needed it . I relayed them in time for 5 months and lost my job. I called them ASAP 2 weeks before due to find out my options . Call 1 . Would get back to me later on NEVER CALLED ME BACK Call 2 . I’m sorry I’ll have to put you on hold and get that information I HUNG UP AFTER 22 minutes EMAILS 1 . 2 , 3 and thru 6 were unanswered until the day after payment was due. Boy oh boy did their communication line open up then . These people are absolutely disgusting and you really can make it through your hard time . These people have no concerns about anything but high percentage loans yielding up to 35 percent . Do the math on 5000 with 297 monthly payment at 35% = 4987.00 interest total payback BEFORE FEES 9487.00 fees are payment fee 5.00 . Late fee 25 . Phone customer service fee 2.00 . You get the point .

I would rather go to a loan shark if anything ever happens THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU TO GET THE ACCOUNT BACK TO GOOD STANDING.

If I could give zero stars I would !!! This place is horrible. Rude customer service and no respect. LEAVE DUPONT AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
