Posting this review on the way out from closing my account with this embarrassment of an establishment. Had issues with a previous account with another bank that I was in the middle of taking care of. Without notice, my card was locked and my account set to close and I was told I would receive a check in the mail with my balance. I was left without access to money for gas, food, or even to clear my account with the other bank! Staff was standoffish, blaming "back offices" and unrelated employees for its failure to notify me the was a problem at all, much less that my account with THEM was being closed due to problems with a DIFFERENT bank. I was given no options, no recourse for keeping my account. Just told that the was nothing they could do and sent here on my way. Opening an account here was a mistake, I would advise that if you like a forthcoming bank with open communication and clear policies that you look elsewhere.

Had to make a deposit by 5 pm. GPS said we would be there at 5:02. I called and asked if they would allow me to make the deposit, they said if I make it by 5:02. I got there at 5:01. Brad let me in and did my deposit. He was so nice and helpful. I am super grateful! Thank you Brad!

I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. And yet, I never feel rushed. The people are very friendly and helpful. They are always good about answering questions.
