The girls @ Elma First security are not only very professional, but a joy to work with, your always greeted with a smile and they always go above and beyond to get to help with any task that is ever needed!

Visited the Elma branch last week and had the pleasure of Hannah’s customer service. My mom had been giving her acct number, but Hannah wasn't able to find it, all bcuz the new acct my mom was in changed her number. Hannah was so polite and apologized sincerely for the inconvenience, that honestly never took place. You can tell she enjoys her job and she enjoys making sure customers are treated well. It’s a genuine characteristic for her. I hope you all recognize her youthful age and what she brings to your organization… Thank you !! Hannah keep shining you are a TRUE beacon of LIGHT!!
