This was my first time buying a home and I worked with Joel Martinez. He was incredibly prompt and helpful and guided me through the whole process. It appeared that he was working beyond normal office hours and was always available to answer my questions no matter how small or silly. It was frustrating proving my financial history for my down payment due to its many sources and sometimes unconventional(cryptocurrency) means, but overall Joel and Envoy Mortgage provided exceptional service and I see myself doing business with them again in the future is should the need arise.
