Absolute worst payment system for auto loans. From taking for ever just to get to make a payment to charging an extra 10 dollars just to make the payment. Will be refining and going somewhere else.

I had an auto loan from them. I don’t live near them so transactions were by mail. When I sold the vehicle and paid off the loan they wouldn’t accept an electronic transfer so I had to pay additional interest and it caused a week delay in getting the title. They said they had to wait for the check from my bank to clear. Then they delayed mailing the title for another week for no apparent reason. I wouldn’t use them again until they joined the 21st century.

SnoCope is a stand alone credit union on Rockefeller in downtown Everett. It has it's charms, in that it's a credit union rather than a bank, it has a small town feel, and it is partnered with BECU. However, their tellers are not very well trained. I go in and perform the same transaction every month, and there is no uniformity in the way they process it. Each teller seems to have their own way of doing things.
This month they made a major error and deposited a large sum of money into the wrong account! Even tho I gave them the correct account number on my deposit slip. Can you imagine?!
Horrified, I ran in and spoke to a teller who identified and apologized for the mistake. Even so, they offered me no way to fix it, and there are no higher-ups to complain to. They very nearly got me evicted for non-payment of rent, even tho I paid it, bc they erroneously deposited into an account other than the one I provided on my deposit slip. And that sort of mistake, combined with having no protocol in place to fix it, means I will never trust SnoCope with my banking needs ever again.
And they also have very little parking. Streetside only - 4 spots. I often had to park the next block over.

They said if you work in WA then they'd do the loan. I'm ordained in the state of Washington so I forwarded them that info and they told me it wouldn't work.
Then they told me to have my pastor send them a letter stating that I go to church in WA, which is where I'm ordained. I honestly don't understand their logic so we did business with another local credit union.

I have been with SnoCope since 2002. I’m very happy with them. They’ve always been there for me when I’ve needed help. And, I have been told no, I think once. I respect they’re guidelines.

Terrible auto loan carrier because payment system is archaic and difficult to complete if you live outside its physical city. Need to transfer my loan out ASAP!!!! Not customer service friendly at all
