Wanted to share that yes rates can be steep, but if your credit score is in the tank, and you need help, they at least try. Big thanks to Cheyenne out of the federal way branch (I think) for being extremely helpful, and patient, while tolerating some profanity laced outbursts about technology and my mobile carrier in general. And lots of refresh, resend links, and closing of windows and reopening of said windows. Management should take notice of her customer service approach, because she has it dialed in.

Josh at your Federal Way WA branch was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and made my fiance and my experience easy and fast. He is an asset to your company. This includes the entire staff.
