Kevin was fantastic to work with, he was very thorough, and patient when I was asking all of my questions. I have done several loans with this company, the process is so quick and easy. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a quick personal loan, the money is in your account very quickly, and the rates and payments are not outrageous.

I've had no problem with the loan process as long as they are making money. Once you get into them paying anything is a maze of red tape and BS. I've kept my account current for 15 years, and always taken out their insurance for various stuff like Loss of employment. Now after 15 years of never being late with a payment, I get months of run around when I lost my job because of Covid. According to One Main, I am still responsible for payments until they make a decision. which, after 3 months, they still trying to avoid paying . It's like they are dragging it out until I get a new job so they do not have to pay anything. after this loan is paid off I will be taking my business elsewhere, even if I have to pay a higher interest rate. Its just not worth the run around.

They are crooks! I am so sorry I ever signed up for a loan with them. They are very unprofessional. They blow you up with phone calls and mail multiple times a day, even though I make my payments every month. I've been paying for over a year and you can't even tell I made a dent in my loan! They are wicked. Money hungry company, not for their customers. They act like they wanna help you, but they are just putting you in greater debt! Don't fall for it! Find another company that will loan you money with less interest and random fees.

I've been to this branch twice now and have always been helped. Yes the interest might be a little high but if that's your complaint then you weren't paying attention when signing. Just make sure you always have funds for payments and when possible, make additional payments as they go directly to your principal. You can definitely ask for a payment to be skipped but those need at least a week's notice as they are auto pay. Thanks Kevin!

The loan agent that I worked with Chris was helpful, well informed, courteous and was able to get me a loan for just about what I asked for. He also made it a pleasant process. I would recommend anyone to OneMain financial and I would also recommend Chris for a raise because he really was wonderful.

Ladies were super nice the only reason for the 3 stars. If you are looking to get a personal loan this place is not an in house financial institution they are exactly like the bank. I had 1 late payment on my capital one and did not qualify for a $100O loan I’m posting to save someone else from getting a hard hit on there credit which drops your credit score more

They made the process of a consolidation loan so easy and convenient. Would definitely recommend!
