Reliable credit, and specifically this location made me feel valued. I was approved for my very first car loan through them, when I got in a car accident they personally called me to help assist with my insurance and such. Although I ended up purchasing a car elsewhere with a better rate, they were very respectful of my decision, and let me know they appreciated my business. I ended up calling them a few weeks later in need of a wedding loan and it was urgent for me, and they helped me get the loan completed and sent the check over night. I’m happy and grateful I get to do business with you.

Today I spoke with Zack regarding a home improvement loan application that I submitted for $3,000. He said that I wasn’t approved due to collections and charge offs. What they failed to look at is that I have several established credit accounts and am a home owner. But they don’t want to look what you have done to being credit worthy. They focus only on the bad. Tell me why I was approved through them on June 29th for an auto loan by Mercedes Sidhu but not for a home improvement loan? We’re talking about less than half the money. I turned down the offer for the auto because the miles on the vehicle were too high. So instead, went down to Jeep and Chrysler of Olympia and bought a 2021 Jeep Renegade for my daughter and a 2018 Audi A3 for myself. All thanks and help through Chrysler Capital and Ally Bank in which I give great thanks to both who found me worthy and both vehicles are $30k each. Zack simply replied, well, I’m sorry you feel that way. I said, “ That’s exactly how I feel. You can approve an auto loan but not a home improvement loan. Then he proceeded to ask, are there any questions that you have? Pretty much saying without saying, I don’t care what you’re saying, I’d like to get off of this call. So what I’m saying is that Reliable Credit, isn’t so Reliable.

Reliable credit has been amazing to my family! They always help me in hard times when I need it the most and always so understanding. Because of reliable credit my family and I are no longer struggling. Thank you reliable credit!

When the transmission in my car went out, I was able to refinance my car loan with Reliable to get my car repaired. The loan agent was very understanding and helpful with getting me the money I needed for the repair.

Finance my car with this company for 2yrs and sometimes when i called they always busy and my phone calls goes to a vmail so today i finally went to the office in federal way to see the office myself and to see if they really that busy hahaha but yes sure enough this is a busy office eventho there are about 15 workers there. Its beautiful office very helpful workers. Today i finally pay off my car its been 2 long yrs yayyyyy!!!!!

Wish the worst for people like Jessica and her family.. Typical Victim “YT” girl working in customer service. Don’t understand how people like this continue to get jobs, immediately shifts calls and calls you disrespectful the moment you call her out for being RUDE.. Typical.. wish ya the worst on earth

I just want to give a shout out to Jessica, the manager in Tacoma who has been so amazing working with me during my situations with hardships. She has, in the past and continues to, everyday, work with me to ensure that I am able to keep my car and make payments until I get back on my feet. She is the epitome of class and dignity when it comes to situations like this and I am greatful For the respect and understanding that she gives to me and her willingness to help me keep my car.
