Applying and going through the process to refinance a mortgage isn't expected to be easy, but Fairway did such a great job of helping us through all of the steps along the way. I was so thankful for the explanations that our Loan Officer, Tom, gave us and the work that he did to get us the best rate. The follow up from him and his office was exceptional and the ease of the online document signing and uploading was especially straightforward and simple. Things moved along quickly in the process and the couple of questions and changes that did come up were handled quickly by the team. I highly recommend Fairway!
