As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions about the mortgage process. Megan was extremely professional, helpful, and supportive of us during this process. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Megan. We had started a refi with our old mortgage company and they were dragging out the process (over 60 days). We called Megan and within 24 hours she had our new (lower!) rate locked. During the entire process she was communicative, explained the process and was a pleasure to work with. We were able to close very quickly even with a few hiccups from our insurance company. Megan was professional, had our best interest in mind and was amazing to work with. Megan and her team are who you need to use. I never write reviews, but felt I needed to write this because her service was over the top phenomenal. She made an overwhelming process easy and manageable. Throughout the process, during an incredibly stressful move, our loan was one thing we did not need to worry about. Megan is extremely helpful, easy to communicate with, and will not let anything slip through the cracks. She went above and beyond to write last minute preapproval letters and write emails and/or make phone calls on our behalf. She is THE person to go to. My husband and I would never use anyone else for refinancing or purchasing a new home.
