Scott, Jaime, and the WHOLE Gig Harbor Team treated me like Family! I've already interacted with them since 2018, but they are now, my forever family. My whole world was changed, for the better, into a dream I didn't know I COULD dream for myself! This was my very 1st experience, and Scott patiently walked me through everything. This is the first time I ever bought a house and it was one of the experiences I never want to go through again. It was very stressful but with my realtor Nathan and whom he introduced to me Scott Fisher it went so smooth! Thank you so much Scott and Nathan and the whole team all the way down to the wire. They said it was going to take 30 days to go through escrow and that's exactly what it did to the day I got the keys. They walk me through every step of the way during the 30 days and I love it. I would recommend fairway independent any day. I am so glad I went through them because at first I went through a guy who found me online in Detroit from rocket and I went through hell with him. So I decided to go ahead and look at another house and I couldn't get a hold of the realtor and who originally showed me one house. So I went on line and here comes Jan who is Nathan's partner who just got back from a trip in California 1 hour before she she came to meet me at the house. He provided exceptional, well thought out, timely, and honest communication through the entire process.
