Timberland Bank, Hoquiam, WA

Love this bank! I have had a bank account since my first job at 16. My whole family have accounts with Timberland Bank. We have never been dissatisfied with services. Everyone is always so friendly! Would recommend to anyone!

I can't even remember how many years I've been banking with Timberland, and although I no longer live in the area, I still maintain my checking account there. Only recently, I had trouble making a mobile deposit. When I called, Kelsey was extremely helpful in getting the problem resolved. It's hard to beat such personalized service!!

We were longtime customers of another community bank which was purchased by Timberland Bank several years ago. We've been very happy with the ongoing service and care we've received at Timberland. We've had great experiences with the Lacey, West Olympia, and Chehalis branches. The Chehalis branch is our "home" branch now and the people there are amazing! I have banked with Timberland for approximately 10 years, and I am very pleased with this local Washington State Bank. When I have experienced changes in my life, Timberland has been extremely helpful and responsive, expediting ordering a new card for me, emailing forms, walking me through processes over the phone. Staff and the manager is very kind and helpful too, even remembering my name. The mobile app is easy to use. The checking account pays me money without requiring a minimum balance. There aren’t that many branches, but I don’t mind driving a few miles for excellent service, and I feel secure using their safe deposit box. They reimburse fees if I use an ATM somewhere else. I highly recommend Timberland Bank!
