Oh my way up from Seattle to Ocean Shores and forgot to bring some cash. Stopped by here and there ATM is part of the free CU's network so no transaction fee from them or my credit union. Got to love credit unions, they're the best!

Nice enough staff, but they will not help you with anything if you are not a member. Wont be stopping again.

Never had a problem until today. My husband is not on the account, but has been allowed to pay my truck payment for multiple months inside the Aberdeen branch. He went to pay today and it was not allowed. Told him some policy story, which is correct. Although, they set up an expectation for me as a customer and then proceeded to try to embarrass my husband in front of the lobby. I was in banking for ten years. It was was about establishing personal relationships of trust and money. I hope the staff had a good laugh with the little and only power they have. Bless them!

Best Credit Union/Bank I have ever worked with. They have serviced almost all of our financial transactions for over a decade. Never an issue, always friendly.

terrible customer service I ask to pull out money they look me up and down and say I don't know if you have any what 5th time someone has been rude to me at this bank as a lifetime member I'm about to change to a different credit union.
