OneMain Financial, Kelso, WA

I was recommended by my Credit Karma account to One Main Financial for a consolidated loan. It turned out to be a great experience. It was a local establishment, which was great, and Sarah, my agent, was awesome. Very personable, professional and relateable. I was approved, when even my own bank wouldn't, and got exactly everything I had hoped for and more. One of the Best financial experiences I have ever had.

I use to enjoy doing business with them, before some guy named.... Raul... Rao... R something took over. He is a very disrespectful, rude person. There was an issue with my account and the collateral used that was discussed years ago, confusing on both ends, and since he took over the phone calls about paperwork I'd received less than a week prior were not professional or polite. Explained that I could get to it in a week due to my busy schedule, but does that stop the call, no. And my account is current, so chill. Won't do business with this company again, won't suggest either.

All the ladies working here are amazing! I’ve never felt so comfortable knowing they have my back when in dyer need makes all the difference!! THANK YOU.

The staff here is always very friendly and helpful, they are willing to go and try to secure the loan that you want, or at least close to it.

I was told today that a payment that was due on April 28 is now a month late because it’s now may 1. This is loan fraud plain and simple. It may have been an honest mistake but that would be an internal training issue to address.

Nice place nice people. High interest rates though even if you have good credit and have paid loans of with them before. Not sure if I'll be back because of that
