The customer service, drive for not only meeting but beating deadlines, compassion and professionalism that my family and I have received from Sarah is unmatched. The situation my family was put in was a very upsetting and frustrating time and out of all of the different businesses we had to work closely with Sarah was honestly the only person I was happy with. Before coming in contact with Sarah and Eastside funding I had no expectation that the path we were trying to go down would work. She took control, took over talking between the different business and lifted weight off of my shoulders. Not only was Sarah able to make the business plan work, she kept in contact regularly with updates, made decisions happen at what seemed a snap of a finger and the best part-we closed WEEKS before the original expected date.
