Buying a house in this crazy market can be very stressful, especially when you’re a first-time buyer. Working with Peirce, Todd, Griffan and the rest of the Fairway Team was such a pleasant experience. With listing prices leading to bidding wars, dollar amounts changed a lot and Todd went above and beyond for us to calculate and recalculate numbers. This was so helpful because we knew exactly what we’d be paying, all the while he was making sure it was a number we were comfortable with. Todd made you feel like he was going through the process with you and was always available to help answer questions and be your sounding board. With his support, we found our dream home and are so thrilled. It pays to work with the best, these guys are it!

Pierce has helped my wife and I out twice now. One was a mortgage and the second a refinance. In a time where timing is critical, Pierce was always available and got things done very quickly. He made the process stress free and took time out of his day to explain details that I initially did not understand.
