Taras and his team is phenomenal. The best mortgage application experience I’ve ever had. Taras is very knowledgeable, good at numbers, and amazing with communication. He always gets right to the point to resolve your questions and concerns. I also like it that they provide a weekly summary about the status of the loan - the progress, next steps, etc. The whole process is just so smooth.

I was introduced to Taras via my real estate agent. In the beginning I was skeptical and so I did shop around. Received multiple offers to finance our first house including: Rocket/ local lender named best mortgage, Newamerican and few others I can't recall as I am writing this review. At the end I noticed common trend, rates were pretty much the same, so that was not the deciding factor... what stood Taras above and beyond the rest of the lenders was his personal dedication to help me. Look, everyone out there will offer you exceptional deals, but that's only until you are approved and locked.... spoiler alert !!!.... the REAL work begins once you find your house and there are few offers on the table.... why would someone choose your offer over others? what does it take to seal the deal? can you ACTUALLY close on time.... ??? The real difference is best described by my experience with Taras. I found THE ONE (my dream house) and I was debating between Newamerican and Rocket. Both had excellent offers but I happened to have questions on Saturday, I called Taras and everything was explained to me in a language that makes sense. Called Rocket to compare... ohhh voice mail... out until Monday. Seller's agent had question about my finance, gave him Taras' cell and Rocket.... guess who answered the phone on Sunday.. u guessed it ... TARAS ! Monday came in, I called Rocket, told them they need to fight for me if they want my business and I wanted to make sure they have my back... after 5 min of assurances I was somewhat relaxed. Went to see the house 2nd time to find out there was an offer on the table and the seller was going to make decision in the next few days as they wanted to close and move on. I called at 5pm my time, the Rocket agent was in a different time zone so it turned out to be 8pm and he had already left for the day. I called Taras again and he picked up the phone right away and was already working on strategies how to win the house while making excellent offer w/o overpaying yet attractive to the seller. I am hoping the point is getting across... Taras is the most reliable, dedicated and professional personal I've met in a loooong time. He will always answer the phone or send you text that he is on the phone with someone else and will actually call you back.... and he always does..... he is the person who ans. his phone on Sunday during his son's birthday party... I don't know about you but to me that's dedication and worth something. I want to thank Taras from our entire family for securing our dream home. He personally called the seller, assured them of our finances, gave then additional incentives to choose us over other offers and for closing on time. He had the best financing available, best customer service, very transparent in his approach to me and very smart in terms of strategies to finance. He actually helped me not only to get the best finance, but also the best monthly payment, while getting an excellent deal on the house. When I started looking for houses, I didn't have any knowledge as to where to start when it comes to applying for mortgage loans and the process behind it. I was in the market looking for my first house. Taras was referred from my real state agent and I decided to give it a try. The first day I had a call with Taras, just after talking to him for 10 mins I already felt confident. And then he called me to his office a few days later and explained me the whole home buying process in detail and answered all the questions and doubts I had. He is really good at what he does. After we made an offer on a house I loved, he did an amazing job to get me the best rate in the market and made the whole process so smooth and easy. I used to get status of my loan twice a week from his team which explained exactly what step was the loan in and the ETA. Taras and his team were able to close my loan/house in about 3 weeks and that also a day before it was actually planned. We worked with Taras on getting a loan for our first house and we never thought that this process can be so smooth and painless!
