Kaleb was super patient and helpful; he took the time to help me set up my extra accounts and was professional, courteous, and informative, and made the experience both easy and painless. This is the best bank I’ve ever used by far (humans on the phone!!), but it’s the amazing staff like Kaleb that make it so wonderful! Thanks!!!

The staff at Lacey Hawks Prairie branch makes ACU our favorite credit union. Always the best service and care, with both personal and business banking. Maxey, Melissa and the whole team here take great care of us.

Everyone at the Lacey branch of ACU is so accommodating. Special circumstances seem to be no problem whatsoever and they always remember my name. The cute pregnant one, I think she is the manager, really knows her stuff

Honestly, best experience at an ACU ever. I used to go to the DuPont branch and didnt always have kind or quick experiences. The two ladies helping me were quick, nice and got me out in less than 10 minutes. Bing Bong.

Horrible customer service, 4 people working behind the counter. And ONLY 1 other person in the bank is getting helped. They refused to add my wife to my bank account because it takes to long. Just need a debit card and to put her as an authorized user. And they said they didn't have enough time. I closed my account. Going to find a place that actually tacks care of there customer 🤬 DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE. worst customer service I have ever had. Refuse to helm me.
