A total sham of an operation. Poor communication throughout, deflected to ask for more time (had more than 45 days to close), then couldn't leaving buyer and seller out to dry.

THANK YOU for your professionalism, your diligence and your patience. I have never seen a company fight for you when the appraisal comes in low, but Aki did. I did not get everything that I wanted out of the deal. However, I did get everything that I needed. I understand that everything can’t work in one person’s favor all the time. But I still feel that this company did me a great justice!! And this day and time and real estate dealing with lenders. It’s so hard to find a company that will work with you to see your vision through. Pacific Equity & Loan is getting me back on track.
