I love this bank, ive been banking here for quite awhile now and they are always freindly and never forget my face. They make things very simple, will never try and trick you with bank talk and will never beat around the bush.

My husband and I had our accounts “hacked” and Tania Sanchez was a lifesaver! As Assistant Manager of the Leavenworth WA branch, she took time out of her busy schedule to walk us through the steps to open new accounts and how to prevent another hacking. She was amazing!

I go through the drive through of my local WA Fed branch about once a week and the tellers I interact with always greet me by name and are very helpful. A teller named Mike is my favorite; he has been very helpful on numerous occasions. Thank you WAFD staff!
