Terry was awful and the manager is extremely unprofessional..had so many issues with her attitude. Even after closing my account I received notifications about my balance and got more attitude when I called to clarify I was actually closed. Just lazy

Had another miserable experience. Refused a check deposit that in the past was never an issue. Not sure the changes or why because it wasn't explained just denied. New policies? New staff who have yet to have a client/staff relationship? Teller sure didn't follow up and see if the check had been deposited in the past. Regardless, the teller was rude, unhelpful and petulant. Next time management refuses to take care of a customer I recommend management explaining the issue in a caring way and not treating me like a account number with a teller I've never seen.

Manger is unprofessional, doesn't know how to park either.

Person refused to help me...I also have an account at US Bank and said I would just use that..she said fine...we only issue one card a year and since you lost yours I can't help you.. There I am closing my pacific bank account.
