There are many stellar Fibre Federal Credit Union employees working very hard for their customers. In particular there is one who I feel shines very bright. That person is the lady who helps me every month with my money situation. She is very knowledgeable in her profession, very happy to assist in some very complex problems during these trying times and if she can't answer a question (which is very rare) she will find help very quickly. This lady is always very professional yet pleasent and easy to communicate with. It is a true pleasure working with her each month

I have been refused a deposit of a $100 bill at my TLC branch in Tillamook. The bill is in pristine condition except for a burn discoloration and 2 small pinhead size perforations in the bill. I and my wife have many and diverse accounts with TLC FCU. Needless to say the $100 bill would not even come close to the tens of thousands my wife and I have both severally and jointly in accounts at your institution. I took the bill to a local commercial bank and they said if we had an account with them they would have no problem redeeming the note that I showed them, but, without an account they would only retrieve a damaged note up to the amount of $20. I had a discussion with the manager at the Tillamook branch and she basically said to get a new note from the original payer. That payer is in Portland almost 90 miles from my home and he's willing to switch the note but neither my wife or I go into Portland especially during winter months. I asked the manager why she would not take the note and was simply told that they didn't want to take the chance of redeeming the note. So, in essence, your on your own with TLC FCU and it's too much of an inconvenience to do what any other commercial bank in Tillamook would do for one of their own customers. Good to know and maybe now I have some decisions to make.

The absolute worse place to bank at. Honestly I don't expect this credit union to ever do anything that will benefit me because every time I have tried they haven't. Yet I still use them for direct deposits and really don't deal with them on anything else. I use their mobile app that crashes all time like it did again today to myself and a coworker. I've had to reset my username and password so many times now I forget what they are. I call to get help from customer service but who I am I kidding. I swear its their goal to give the worse experience to their customers as possible. I can give them detailed info about who I am but by God if you don't remember the last purchase you made and when and where it was at plus the exact total then good luck retrieving any info. Next step is to inconveniently email photos of picture I.D. to prove who I am because apparently what I spend my money on is the only other way they can ID me. This was only after I had to wait for 20 minutes to talk to someone but that was actually pretty quick for them compared to their usual answer times. This is my second 1 star review and honestly the place doesn't even deserve that. I just hope people see this and go other places to bank at, learn from my horrible experiences.

I have been with Longview Fibre Credit Union over twenty years.. They have a wonderful staff always ready to assist. I recently had to make a car purchase. Andrea did the impossible. I needed to have the paperwork processed in one day due to it being the end of the year. The car dealership and Andrea processed the
Paperwork and I had my car delivered the same day from Beaverton Or. due to Andrea’s quick and hard work. I’m a senior, and I could never have accomplished much without her effort and hard work. Thank you Longview Fibre Credit Union.

I have to say as a banker my self. I’ve heard every excuse why people don’t make their payments, but when my life went totally crazy Four deaths in our family and lots of funerals and two surgeries and my husband getting laid off. Wendy Newell still worked with me and I was able to finally get the car sold for full price so that I could pay it off instead of having the car repossessed and my credit going bad. I would come back to Fiber, Federal every time now for any type of loan because of the outstanding customer service that I got from her. She was understandable and also direct and I knew what I had to get done and she also had patience and kindness even though she had no way of knowing what I was telling her was the truth or not which it was the truth, of course but still again we hear every excuse in the world as a Banker and I know I done it for 10 years and I don’t think I would’ve had as much Patient as she did. Her customer service is above and beyond what she had to do. She is what every bank needs when it comes to customer service and making the customer feel good while also protecting the banks interests. Great job Wendy you are the reason I will return to Fibre Federal for my next loan.

Our experience with Bert has been amazing. She took so much time for us in helping us with a purchase. If I could give her a 100 stars not just 5 she went above and beyond her Line Of Duty. Thanks again love and Aloha and we will only deal with fiber credit Union... Everyone's like family to us.
