Thieves.
Tried to withdraw $1,000 from the ATM this morning: transaction cancelled, no funds disbursed.
Nonetheless, they debited $1,000 from my account.
Their ATM. Their error.
They told me to kick rocks and file a dispute. A dispute that takes ten business days for an initial decision.
I’m sure my rent can wait half a month for them to do the right thing.
I’m sure yours can to!

EDIT: Just wanted to clarify that it will actually take closer to an entire month to have my funds returned to me it appears. I'll just pay my bills with their review response.
Incidently I called that number they provided and asked to talk to that person they referenced. They "weren't available" and declined to return my phone call.

I have now had 2 different dealings with Darrell, the mortgage loan officer at the Lynden branch. Trying to deal with the complexities of purchasing a home can be stressful and Darrell just seems to make everything so clear and concise. The hours of the day that he makes himself available is very helpful and just one of the reasons that I highly recommend using him and Bank of the Pacific.

I'm changing this from a 5 star review to a 1. I had to contact this branch as a last resort, I had apologized in 2 different ways, and had told them that why I was upset had nothing to do with them. As the manager above regional manager said "I'd agree that you're better off with a credit union"
As a general rule of thumb this bank will refuse to update any and all of your information then call it a mistake. They will not forward any of you calls then call it a mistake. They can't help you update or activate your credit and debit card then call it a mistake. After years of "mistakes" I got angry, called them out, they argued with me from everything in regards to why they were refusing to update my account, and why they weren't forwarding my calls. Then they'll just close your account.

I have had the pleasure of banking here at the Bank of Pacific (Lynden) for over 10 years, excellent staff, excellent service. Staff treat you very well and do their very best.
Best bank ever!
