Christine Goetz is AMAZING! She’s been my Mortgage Broker for more than 21 years, and I prefer to not deal with anyone else. I’ve worked in lending for over 24 years, so I can spot the people who are dedicated to quality, personal touch, responsive, and meeting the needs of their members/customers. Christine is hands down the best! She has gone above and beyond to take care of me on more than a couple of occasions. I honestly will be loyal to her as long as she’s in the mortgage industry. She is hard working and will make sure your needs and questions are taken care of. She is very much passionate about her job and helping people - definitely My type of person!!! (When we’re passionate about our jobs, we excel!)

Chris and his team made our new home purchase go so smooth. We recently purchased a 2nd home out of state and worked with Dave Martin at Capstone and had a fantastic experience. We had intended to work with the builder's financing but were told we didn't qualify and had 2 days to provide proof that we could or we would lose the house. We had worked with Dave in the past so we arranged to meet with him immediately. We told him the situation and he asked us a few questions and within 5 minutes said we would qualify-no problem. We left there with a preapproval letter and our hope restored. 3 weeks after this debacle with the builder they actually approved us, however we decided to stay with Dave because we were confident he could get the loan closed and he did. Dave's extensive experience and general financial knowledge were invaluable to us. We felt he was really working on our behalf and even as interest rates have risen he worked to find the best program for us. I would unequivocally recommend Dave to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home.

Dan hunter was great to work with! The entire work experience with him was perfect. Dan was very easy to communicate with, as he communicated and walked us through everything we needed to know and understand all the time. He presents himself with great attitude towards his clients, making sure that they understand everything. He’s fantastic at his job, my family would highly recommend working with him in pursuit of your own place to call home.
