I highly recommend you go somewhere else. This people are nothing but evil. Their intention is not help, but make sure you struggle to make payment. Also very racist people specially the Northgate location. Please do not trust them!!! My experience with them was awful. Doesn’t matter how much you make a payment 80% goes to interest.

This place is a joke!! I seriously recommend reading all their reviews and recognizing which ones are real and which ones are payed for!!! I went with another company, they solved all my credit issues within 15mins!!

Been a customer with onemain for 3 years, couple day I had a question on my loan, ( they say will call me back later afternoon but 2 day I didn't heard a phone call back and I call back 3 time during business hours no answer.) Bad service... they don't care about there customer ..........

I applied for a secured loan and after speaking to one of their agents and submitting all the documents needed, I was told that I was approved for a certain amount and that includes refinancing one of my vehicles. After going to their Lynnwood location, I was told there was an error, and my SSN was not entered accurately which changes the whole outcome. I’m not sure how a hard inquiry on my credit report was entered with a wrong SSN. To make it even worse, they checked my credit report once again after fixing the SSN error. So, this means 2 hard inquiries on my record in 2 days and they’re not even willing to help remove the second one from my credit report. For something that was not my error, I have to go chase their disputes department to take care of this error. Overall it was not a great experience and preferred if they were more professionals in handling loan applications. I do not recommend dealing with them from my personal experience.

i absolutely love one main. They have helped me out numerous times when i was in a tight spot. Tyler with the Lynnwood office has been phenomenal. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an easy loan.

I stopped last week to get some information and Ashley was very helpful and knowledgeable. She talked with me about what options I had available. I was not ready to make a decision, there wasn't any pressure put on me, and she let me know I could reach out if any more questions came up.

Ashley made my lending experience a breeze!! Incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs. Despite the terrible rates this company gives I'll be sure to refinance quick, but in my time of need she was the perfect person to come to!
