Have an auto loan with them and for the most part I have no complaints on that account. However, the vehicle I had was destroyed. My insurance paid off the majority of the loan and left me with a small balance. Naturally, I am now on the market for another vehicle, I have been looking around for a vehicle and it is taking time because of my current credit situation. I came across a dealer and spoke with a salesman, they did not have a vehicle I wanted so the sales guy tried getting me into a vehicle I thought was nice, but probably would not buy. I wasn't even thinking about Reliable at the time. After ducking the sales guy's call's I get a call from Reliable. I figure it would be something about my current account but they were asking me if I was interested in a 535d. I told them no, but I am definitely looking for another vehicle. The gal said no problem, just go pick out a new vehicle. At this point I was confused, was I approved for a loan or what is going on, why are you even calling me about this new car? So I take her advice and go look at other vehicles. I called Reliable for clarification and another gal explained that I would need to have a dealership submit my application and go from there but that it would not impact my credit because they had already pulled my credit within 30 days. I did that and my credit was impacted with yet another hard inquiry for nothing. Concern for my situation overall was not cared for particularly and as a result, my credit, which is already in bad shape, takes a ding during this difficult time of me trying to purchase another vehicle.

Didn't get approved for a car loan, y'all should take reliable out of your company name.

They are all super awesome and very helpful. I made payments for my dad for 3 years, and I never had a problem. The staff is incredible! When it was time to pick up the registration, we had no issues.

2 months away from my 7 year repo about to be removed! Idk about the company itself but “Christian” was the little BIIOTCH that lied to me and had my car repoed. Swallow the remaining balance Christian and reliable credit. Aye okay MR.Owner tick tock tick tock lol that repo coming off tomorrow! You wanna settle for $5? Plus a $4.99 settlement charge. Or I gotta start a dispute or you gonna go ahead and knock it off for me big guy? 😂

I'm not a huge fan of the compounding interest. However, customer service has always been exceptional and reliable has definitely helped me out in a time of need. I would absolutely use their service again in the future.
