I highly recommend this business! I used the Marysville Office. I absolutely love dealing with Theresa, Lisa and Joe. Joe has moved on to a new adventure, but he knew the love. Theresa and Lisa are kind, easy to talk with, easy to work with and very helpful. Reminder calls are fun and I always tell them 'NO' which makes them laugh and then I tell them I will be in on a day. I always pull up to the door and run in as I come on my lunch and they know I have to hurry. They now call it 'my spot' :) I was recommended by someone who used the Everett office and I recommended someone else to the Marysville office. I would do it again and again. Theresa and Lisa are the Best EVER!!! 12 out of 10 stars!!

Horrible to deal with . The closer I got to paying my loan off the more they hassled me with sales calls.. with worst rates then initial loan , and I now have great credit... Then on my final payment conveniently my account was blocked from making online payments... they then called my phone, and hung up 5 times in a row.. on the 5th call I answered extremely upset because I was busy at work... they couldn't take my payment, but wanted to loan me more money.. they of course needed all my checking info again to make my final payment.. remind you I paid online ,on time for 3 years...

I had great, fast service. There were no unexpected surprises hidden in my contract like some other places try to do. Krystina seemed knowledgeable and very helpful.

This branch has been amazing. When I first got the loan it was the easiest, quickest process Ive done. They helped me make my dream a reality. Everyone I've dealt with at this location the last couple years has been friendly and compassionate. When I recently fell on hard times they offered to work with me and I am forever grateful!

I got denied getting a small loan for my oldest credit account being too recent (it’s been 2 years since I opened my credit card) and for having too many debts, even though it’s only 1 debt that is under $200. They wanted me to put BOTH of my cars up on lien to get a $2000 loan. Ridiculous honestly.

Great place to get a loan, and Hunter is super helpful and friendly.
