I've had an account with this bank for a very long time and they've always been very knowledgeable and helpful. I have even moved to a different state where the nearest Umpqua Bank is thousands of miles away but I've chosen to stay with them because of the quality of banking.

BIGGEST THIEVES IN WESTERN UNITED STATES THROUGH OVERDRAFT FEES! THIS IS A BANK THAT YOU SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM. THEIR BANKING PROCESSES ARE UNPREDICTABLE AND POLICIES CHANGE FROM DAY TO DAY. THIS IS THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH FOR MANY YEARS!!! STEER AWAY FROM UMPQUA. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNWILLING TO WORK WITH YOU BOTH ON PERSONAL ACCOUNTS, AS WELL AS BUSINESS ACCOUNTS.
