WaFd Bank, Moses Lake, WA

Not sure who's in charge of this location, but I felt Rosa had terrible attitude toward me when I first came in this morning. Then processed to tell me the lady's working the front counter don't know anything. Not very professional in my opinion. Switching locations.

I’ve been banking here for more than 9 years yesterday was the worst experience I use to love this bank! But I’m about to close my account and go elsewhere girls at the counter are rude the person in charge doesn’t even care to help she just sit there and stares at you and looks like she talking about you!

They are rude if you don't meet there expectations you don't fit.

Used to be the old First Interstate Bank, nice to see that another bank took over and kept the building alive.

There are eight banks in downtown, and other financial credit houses.

I've had multiple situations witch was handled very well from a customer service standpoint. I am always treated fairly and would definitely recommend this bank.( green checking account is the best comes with great benefits for only 6$ a month)
