They didn’t listen to my boyfriend when he said buy back program for my 32inch Samsung tv and my Xbox one. They didn’t put it down in the notes. 70$ for both is what they gave me. Tried calling multiple times in the last week about it and when to pay it off(unable to go in because of work schedule) they either don’t answer or pick up the phone just to tell you they’re with a customer and hang up. Im going in when they open just to get my stuff back for what they gave us. 70$! They also put my boyfriend’s expensive drill and tool set up for sale before the buy back date. Don’t Go Here!!! I don’t trust them anymore.

Really disappointed, bought a tv that had a cracked screen when I turned it on. Brought it back and was treated like I broke it, finally got my money back but was never offered any type of trade competitions. Real bad experience..

I've been going to this pawn shop since 2017, not once have I had a problem or issue with the service provided. They are honest, straight forward and friendly. Daniel and Taylor are particularly knowledgeable and professional. It's a great place over all!!

If you are going to sell guitars make sure they’re Atleast in good condition, there is no excuse for the guitars string to snap the SAME day I bought it. Also can I talk about how much of a SCAM your warranty is. A warranty should cover if your FAULTY guitar breaks ten minutes from buying it. I don’t care that it’s a pawn shop and pawn shops are normally huge SCAMS, you should’ve Atleast checked the guitar before selling it. To everyone else buying a guitar, don’t, just go to a Music Store they won’t scam you out of your money and then tell you you can’t get a refund cause their warranty only covers if your change your mind, not if it breaks.

Rip off central and the dude there acted like a total a** insisting that he was right and trying to prove it with his phone. And they're charging 300 dollars for a used Xbox Series S. That's what they cost brand spanking new in the box, that's just one example. I would look elsewhere if you're trying to get a good deal. They must have new management because it has gone way downhill.

Went in to look at a TV for my gaming system. Found a small standard TV and talked to an employee named Jacob that was able to help me out. Before I went ahead and bought the TV, I seen a better TV for 10$ more and switched them out. Jacob told me I could save 10 bucks by putting it on layaway and pick it up the next day. Really cool guy and got great customer service. Will be going again to be picking up more stuff there. If anyone see Jacob when you walk in, go to him and have him help you seriously
