LIARS! Inquired about a loan, was told it would be no problem, needed to provide proof of my new job and first pay stub. Provided the documents and they changed the terms and requested more documents and a longer time period paystub, even though we had explicitly discussed otherwise. This was already enough for me to choose to not do business with this dishonest company. No contact, then I get letters in the mail saying I've been declined. Misspelled my name. I don't know any Jashuas, do you? Never even got to the point where I find out what kind of ridiculous interest rate they were going to try to charge me. Got the money I needed elsewhere. Thanks for wasting my time, lying to me and hitting my credit with multiple inquiries.

Lend mark some staff in Mount Vernon are rude when trying to pay off loan. The Blonde Lady that works there (back office) was very rude over the phone with my husband, when he asked why we were being charged so much in interest. She said said she didn’t have time to go over anything! She is in the wrong field. Won’t be returning there again. You pay more in interest than principal.

Look somewhere else for a loan. Its not hard to find a good lender these days. Bad customer service, don't even entertain the phone call.

Had a loan from these people and got refinanced somewhere else and my new financial institution are still waiting a year later for the title, just to find out they sent it to me personally instead of the new financial institution. What a headache of a place to deal with.
