I have been with HSB for over 15 years. They are the best in the business. I have never had a bad experience with them. And they are alway there for you with whatever help you may need with. Definitely the bank you want to be with. Great staff!!

I love this bank. My experience here has been nothing short of excellent. I run both my business and personal checking through HomeStreet and I have zero complaints. Marilla Sargent, the VP and Branch Manager, has been a wealth of knowledge and resources. Very experienced and skilled. She's always eager to assist, whether in regards to my banking needs or something completely unrelated... an incredible resource. She seems to have a trusted referral for my every need. I can highly recommend banking with HomeStreet.

I highly recommend HomeStreet Bank! Marilla and her staff are hard-working, knowledgable, and friendly. I needed to open a business account for an organization that is not quite a non-profit but also isn't a for-profit business. Marilla had to jump through some hoops to figure out how to set the accounts up, and she did it all with a smile. During the process, she also very carefully explained the options with signers, withdrawal limits, checks, debit card, etc. It was a wonderful experience, and I truly believe that anyone who wants a positive experience with their bank should come to HomeStreet!

Had a tedious experience with my insurance company that required me to stop at this branch to deposit a check. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. I appreciate everything they did to help me!

I really hate to leave this review, but I've used almost every bank in the area and Homestreet Bank has great employees, they're very nice. But the process of using Homestreet, withdrawing money or using online banking is an absolute nightmare. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who values convenience, or not being treated like a criminal when you deposit/withdraw money.

I have gave this bank many chances to improve on its customer service. They get an F.
Call customer service you wait along time .Sometimes you wait and get cut off. Their debit card has abnormally low daily cutoff limits unless you call an ask for a " temporary increase." Zelle also has them cut off at 300.00 most banks start at a thousand. Never in 50 years have I I experienced such a lowsy bank..Glad to move on and end this frustration.
