Their atm swallowed my card. When I went in to see about getting a new one the lady was extremely rude with 0 customer service etiquette. They said there was nothing they can do and that it "probably did it for a reason". Chase does not instant issue cards they must be mailed so I'm stranded in ocean shores. The nearest one is Aberdeen and I don't have the gas to get there.

This place has the worst coustomer service I have ever experienced in 60 years of banking do not use this bank if you value your money and accessibility

The staff is very helpful, but find the 800 number they give as the branch number almost impossible to deal with.
