We've been with these guys for a couple years now. Is say the biggest negative is they are a VERY small credit union with only 2 locations (downtown and Tumwater). But we just use shared branches and go to other credit unions when needed. But who really needs to go to their bank much anymore? Would recommend just for the small hometown feel and care.

Mary at the Tumwater location was so amazing. I was paying a higher interest rate on my car than I should have been because of a few things that I needed to fix. Not only did she drop my rate in a significant amount she helped me realize what can I do to make my score go even higher. She was Def 5 stars all the way and I even changed to bank there because the service is that phenomenal.
