Umpqua Bank, Pasco, WA

Awesome bank ad helpful staff, I have been there for 23 years and have always had a nice time walking in and getting offered coffees or cookies, and they have over the top customer service! Great job Umpqua Pasco!

Direct deposits are a rate of 3 stars, I like their customer service though anything either direct deposit or wirelessly loaded if done on a Wednesday, Friday or holiday don't expect to see it immediately. Direct deposits takes hours to arrive sometime until next day by 3am. Being with this bank has brouggt so many issues rather then fixing or bringing a full customer satisfaction. I plan to close my accounts here and bank elsewhere.

Pore customer service disrespectful much rather use my local branch if I use this bank at all anymore after my encounter with this branch. tried to solve issue with Corporate and that was no help as well and a even bigger joke!

Always temporarily closed with no warning.

Very convenient bank. Good customer service. No long wait. They do speak Spanish.
