KeyBank, Port Angeles, WA

Need help setting up an auto payment and when the lady at the teller took me to Terri Larson she was busy having a conversation with a guy and completely ignored me standing there waiting. She continued to ask this guy about his person life rather than doing her job and when I went back to the teller she apologized and walked back over to try to politely interrupt Terri. Once she ended the conversation she told me to have a seat and seemed annoyed that she had to help a customer. What should have only taken 10 minutes took an hour!

Take money elsewhere where it will be safe. Fraud on my account since November, 6 months money was coming out and no one notified me. Well according to keybank that is my fault. Over 2000 dollars in fraud over this time and keybank fraud services came to the conclusion that it was my fault for not reporting it in 60 days. So the 800 they put into my account until THEIR decision now has to be paid back. Why have a account with a bank if people can steel from you and not get caught. My whole family is with keybank. Not anymore. I will never recommend and I will make sure I let everyone know keybank is just a fraud!!!!

Don't use Key Bank unless you want to wait 2 weeks at the least to get money back that was stolen out of your account by blatant fraud. Try to call their customer service number and you will only get very rude reps who could care less that you are now in a hardship because of it. They have no fraud protections in place to protect you and do not care about their customers at all. Seems to me like all this Bank cares about is money cause all other banks I have delt with or talked to recently have all told me that if I was with them I would have my money back within the day while they do their investigations. Not have to wait all this time with MY money being held up while I have kids to feed and bills to pay! The employees at the local branch are all very friendly and at least offer condolenses.

I have been a customer here for many years. The staff at this branch is excellent very customer service oriented any problems that have come up over the years have been quickly rectified. I wish the corporate arm of Key would take a lesson from this branch.

I just love the people at the Port Angeles branch of Keybank. They are all very friendly, helpful, competent and seem to bend over backwards to help their customers.

Truly disappointed! My dad switched to keybank just recently as he was having issues with his last bank whom he banked with for over 40 years. When my dad set up his new account at KEY, Noone bothered to help him complete his direct deposit for his social security check. Because it wasn't complete ( I had no idea it wasn't done) he never received it on his normal deposit day. when he went to go withdraw money for his groceries and to pay his bills there was no money. I called and left a msg with the person who helped him open the account only to have them not return any of the msgs. I then sat on hold with social security twice for 3 hours and when I finally got through the guy hung up on my dad. So we went back to key to have them complete the info needed for him to hopefully get his check in time to pay the bills so he doesn't get more late fees since he's now past due. I could only help out with so much since I'm also currently taking time off wok for cancer treatment. What an a mess and aavoidable stress i didn't need!

Nice to see the same friendly helpful faces that I've seen for the past few years. Great KeyBank location and staff!
