Melanie advised it would be about one week for a PRE-APPROVAL and instead it was one month and I had to hunt her down. I emailed her with a couple of questions and it took her over a week to respond. I've worked in this industry and this is unacceptable. It does not take one month for a pre-approval. The UW team is terrible and VERY slow and she is not prompt at returning any emails or phone calls either.
