Without Candice Clark I doubt we would have been able to purchase our home. She went out of her way to set us up with a realtor after the others had not been successful. 10/5 stars easy. It'd be a mistake not to see what she can do for you.

We just completed a second loan/re-finance process with Caliber Loans and Candace Clark as our agent. Once again, the process was fantastic. Candace is a ROCK STAR of an agent! She is knowledgeable, professional, thorough, friendly and very available. FIVE STARS.

Unfortunately, Candace Clark is not very personable. She is quite slow as well. In addition, she showed no understanding of loan documents and tax returns, even accusing me of having a business that I do not or never had. And she is a manger? She asked for documents multiple times because her memory was off. That is even more baffling due to her lack understanding of both her job and loan documents. I knew I had to go elsewhere find another loan officer when she hadn’t completed the research after 2 1/2 months and in fact, her confusion was so evident, I was able to finance elsewhere in a few weeks with total competence and at a higher loan amount.

I retired 12 years ago from a lifetime career in the real estate business. Candace’s current knowledge and willingness to help me through the many changes that have occurred since I retired, was invaluable in making my real estate purchase successful Thank you for your professionalism
